Phoenix Academy Team

All certified and support staff are to be trained in LSCI - Crisis Intervention, Circle of Courage, Competency Based Learning, CPR/First Aid Training, and Building Procedures prior to opening day and through comprehensive training. 

During the school year staff participates in refresher courses on crisis intervention strategies and professional development opportunities to ensure exceptional education experiences for all students.
