Dear Colleagues,

Thanks to those of you who participated in the LASEC Winter Institute last week and for your comments and suggestions for next year. I was very impressed with the level of discussion in the breakouts, and noticed how far we have come in only a couple of years. For those of you who were in Janice Miller’s breakout session, we have included a link with additional information about RTI, and specifically about determining eligibility under the RTI model. Many people are very interested in how we will make eligibility decisions from this point on.
