Session description:

The successful bridge between school and adult life requires careful planning and consistent instruction for students.  The focus of this one day conference will be on the three “selfs”:  self advocacy, self direction and self determination.  Join middle school and high school team members including parents from around the region as we explore the challenges and the triumphs of transition.  Gain insights from our two distinguished keynote presenters.  Learn from students who have succeeded!
